Part-Time Administrative-Clerk-I

The Fitchburg Housing Authority, seeks three P/T Administrative Clerk-I positions. Duties include assisting with record keeping, filing, work order and application processing.  Other tasks include filing, answering phones, assisting the public with information requests, sort, organize and maintain office records and mail, and other tasks required by management.  Requires knowledge of basic office equipment such as copiers and faxes.  Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to communicate both orally and in writing required.  English-Spanish skills are a priority. Relevant education and experience will be considered.  18 hour work week (3-4 Working Days) at $16.00 hourly, with Sick time, Holiday, Personal and Vacation pay along with participation in the Deferred Compensation (SMART) plan.  Requires a High School Diploma, valid MA Driver’s license, successfully pass drug/physical exam and CORI and employment background check.  Must be able to lift/move 25 pounds.  Position open till filled.  Submit cover letter, resume, and references to: Douglas M.
